I am looking for a place to settle. Right now I'm in Memphis and don't want to stay. My home is New York City but I never retrace my steps. My focus has been the Southwest but that's far from family and I also want the beach sometimes. I could teach or work in real estate (or both) with my education and experience. was born in north jersey.. lived in atlantic city for about 40 yrs.. was a great place growing up,, regular rockwell growing up,, now since the casinos over 30yrs or so,, crime is high.. casinos give you a job then take them away when you finally start to make a good living,, houses ya can't afford and taxes go up yearly now,, want to look for a better place for my chid to grow up in,, smaller communitys , good schools lower taxes,, affordable but nice and clean,, where are they,, have family in columbus , ga would love to be near them,, but just read somethings there not to nice,, stuck in a rock and a hard place,, i sure would miss the beach though,, that is my second Read More
